Call to activate your new card and select a PIN (Personal Identification Number)

Activating Your Card

  • Call 1-866-852-6435 (or the number printed on the card carrier or activation label, if different)
  • Select the language option (Example: 1 for English)
  • Enter the Card number followed by the # sign (number is located on front of your card).
  • Select Activate your card (Select #2)
  • Follow the instructions to activate your card.
  • If you you lose or forget you PIN number you will have to call customer service to generate a new PIN number, which can only be mailed directly to you. Our service personal do not have access to the PIN number.
