How can I use my Green Money Card?
You can use your Green Money Card Prepaid MasterCard® wherever MasterCard debit cards are accepted. The Green Money Card
Prepaid MasterCard can also be used at merchants and ATMs worldwide where MasterCard®, CIRRUS®, Maestro®, or Pulse® marks
are accepted by using your personal identification number (PIN).
What is a PIN?
PIN stands for “personal identification number.” It is a code that you will choose when you activate your card. It
is important to memorize your PIN and not share it with anyone. The PIN number is required for ATM withdrawals and PIN debit
transactions.
Can I enroll for a Green Money Card Prepaid MasterCard if I am not a U.S. citizen?
Yes. You will need a personal tax ID or a valid form of foreign government issued ID, such as a passport or Matricula Consular.
You will also need a valid U.S. address to receive your card.
When is my Direct Deposit available to me?
Your money is available on the day the direct deposit is made to your card (your employer must simply transfer the funds within the
required time frame for that day’s deposits).
Is there a maximum amount I can keep on my card? Are there maximum amounts for daily transactions
and card usage?
You can keep up to $9,999.99 on your card at any one time. Up to $2,500.00 can be loaded onto your card at one time. You
can make up to $3,000.00 in purchases per day with your card. You can withdraw up to $500.00 from an ATM (some ATM machines
may have lower withdrawal limits) up to three times per day, for a maximum withdrawal value of $1,500.00. You may use the “money
share” feature of your card up to three times per day, at a maximum of $1,000.00 per transaction, for a total of $3,000.00
per day.
How do I check my card account balance and card activity?
You can check your available card account balance and card activity at www.greenmoneycard.com 24
hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. It is completely free. You can also call the customer service number
on the back of your card. Your balance is given once you have entered your card and PIN number. Please

Can I use my Green Money Card to buy gasoline?
Yes, however, you should not use your card to pay at the pump. We recommend that you go inside and pay at the cashier. Funds
will not be held for pre-authorization at the cashier and you will enjoy greater card security when gasoline is purchased in this
manner.
Can I use my Green Money Card to make reservations for hotels and car rentals?
Yes, but it will depend on the hotel or car rental company. Many hotels and car rental companies will accept prepaid debit
cards with a pre-authorization. We recommend that you call the hotel or car rental company to ask about their prepaid card
policy.
What is Pre-Authorization?
Businesses such as hotels, car rental companies, and some restaurants use pre-authorizations when the amount of the final bill is
unknown. For example, the price of a hotel may be $79 per night, but extras like movies and room service may add to the total
price when you check out. These companies may pre-authorize your card and hold enough money to pay for extra charges. This
hold can last up to 30 days for hotels and up to 90 days for car rental companies. Funds held for pre-authorization will
not be included in your available balance. The funds will be available only after the company has released them. Please

What do I do if my Green Money Card is lost or stolen?
You should report a lost or stolen card immediately by calling 1-866-852-6435. We will then close your card account and issue
